How to buy codes
Go to HERO and select Buy Access Codes
Head to hero.aquinas.tech and choose "Buy Access Codes" from the main menu.
Choose how many codes you need
Select the number of access codes required for your team.
Complete your payment information
Finish checkout with your payment details to confirm the purchase.
Check your email for your codes
Your access codes will arrive at the email used for the purchase, ready to share with your team.
How to redeem my codes
Go to HERO and select Redeem Code
Head to hero.aquinas.tech and click "Redeem Code" in the main menu.
Complete your information
- Select your course
- Paste your access code
- Enter your first and last name
- Add your email
Then click "Activate my access."
Check your email and you're set
You'll receive an email with your login credentials to access your course on Moodle.

How do I buy a course or access codes?
Buy a single course for yourself from the Shop, or click "Buy Access Codes" in the menu to purchase bulk codes for your team. Both options give instant access after checkout.
How many times can an access code be redeemed?
Each access code is single-use and covers one course. If a team member needs access to two courses, you'll need to share two separate codes with them.
I didn't receive my email. What do I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's still not there after a few minutes, reach out to us and we'll resend your access details.
How do I redeem my access code?
Go to the Redeem Code page, select your course, paste your code, and fill in your name and email. You'll get instant access to Moodle after activating.
Can I take courses in Spanish?
Most courses are bilingual. You can switch the language directly inside Moodle once you're enrolled.
Do I get a certificate when I finish?
Yes. A certificate is issued automatically to each participant once they complete a course.
Can I get a refund after purchasing?
Since access is granted instantly after checkout, purchases are final. If something went wrong with your order, contact us and we'll help sort it out.
Do access codes expire?
Codes don't expire while unused, but we recommend redeeming and distributing them soon after purchase so your team can get started right away.
